This Attendance Management System was designed specifically for Baku Math Oriented School (BMOS) to centralize and simplify daily academic workflows. The platform supports multiple user roles — administrators, coordinators, and teachers — providing each with tools tailored to their responsibilities.
The system includes modules for student management, teacher and group organization, attendance tracking, billing oversight, and teacher performance analytics. Each section was crafted with clarity and usability in mind, allowing users to quickly process information and complete tasks without confusion.
The interface uses a modern, minimalistic design language focused on data hierarchy, easy navigation, and workflow optimization — crucial for educational institutions that handle large amounts of information daily. This case study showcases the full UI design process behind BMOS’s Attendance Management System, including dashboards, statistics, billing, scheduling, and student onboarding modules.
Problem
Baku Math Oriented School (BMOS) previously managed student records, attendance, teacher schedules, and billing through scattered tools such as Excel sheets, manual notes, and chat messages. This resulted in: • Inconsistent attendance data • Difficulty tracking teacher performance • Slow and error-prone student registration • Confusion around session-based billing balances • Poor coordination between teachers and coordinators
The lack of a centralized system made academic operations time-consuming and inefficient.

Solution
To address these challenges, a fully customized Attendance Management System was designed specifically for BMOS. The platform introduces: • Role-based dashboards (Admin, Coordinator, Teacher) • Real-time attendance tracking • Unified student and teacher database • Session-based billing and balance monitoring • Teacher performance analytics dashboard • Modern, clean, and easy-to-read UI • Quick Actions panel for fast navigation
The system digitizes and streamlines BMOS’s daily academic operations, saving time and enhancing accuracy across all processes.
